If the customer didn’t mention the exact material in his inquiry mail, we would like to provide him the suitable suggestions according to our experiences of exporting to different areas for over 15 years.

2) All in Galvanized Steel

Take the middle-east countries (Iran, India, and U.A.E.) for example:
We have agents in Iran, India, and U.A.E., and all the products have to be stamped on the word “TAIWAN” or have to be kept blank on the housing. For economic shipment, we would suggest customers to order one 20' container of material of galvanized steel per shipment at least (within 1,050'/20,500kgs) or increase the order quantity to meet one 40' containter (within 2,050'/23,500kgs) per shipment.

After confirming customer’s inquiry, we will ask our material suppliers to check the current material cost, validity and also the current exchange rate.

Even the material cost is not stable due to the economic crisis all over the world, we still insist to offer the most competitive prices with small margin according to current currency rate and reasonable calculations for keeping long-term business relationship and friendship with our customers.

Provide free samples for customer's approval
Although there are many competitors from China, but we would still like to provide the free samples for customer’s approval before confirming the order; our products are 100% made in Taiwan and we are confident of our high quality product. We are sure that our products are better than those made in China.

For your reference, the torque strength after we tested the samples made in China and Taiwan:
Made in Taiwan: 15~20
Made in China: 10~15

Mass production
QC staff is checking the side marks on the master carton.

For safe and smooth delivery, QC staffs not only pay much attention to the production lines but also to the packing details, such as the staffs would use the strong strapping band with # style and re-check the shipping marks on the master cartons for each order before shipment.

Reliable partner for shipment - Forwarder
It is very important for a multi-roles manufacturer and exporter, like us, to arrange the safe shipment through the reliable partner – forwarder. Our forwarders have their own shipping facilities and would also cooperate with other trusty vessel companies to keep the safe and efficient shipment. Also, our forwarders would trace the delivery and custom clearance situation for each shipment for customers. If the customer forgets to make the custom clearance, our forwarder agent would remind him for preventing the warehouse fee increase and also send advice of the cargo collecting situation to us. This action will help customers to collect the goods without questions and let us know that the goods arrive at customer’s end safely.

Make shipping documents as per customers’ request for smooth custom clearance
We will make documents according to customers’ request, especial customers in middle- East and east-south Asia, they always have special request; the proper shipping document is very important for customers.
